This variety is special for harvest leaves and young vine as vegetable, which is popular in the Asian markets and restaurants. The both skin and inside meat is white, the potato is big. It is creamy when cooked. Leaves and young vines are more preferable than the potato as vegetable. They will grow very fast and vigorous from spring to fall and stop growing in cold weather. Please open the package as soon as you receive and place them in water for a second, then, plant them in pot or garden. Insert 2/3 of the stems into soil at about 40 degree and keep soil moisture. Shade is highly recommended before growing. Or place them about 1/3 of the stems in vase with fresh water, change water every day, about one week later, they will get roots and you can transfer into pot or garden.
